• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.
• Custom orders and corporate uniforms are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.

• Email us at info@micarafashion.com or message us through our contact page, providing your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning your item.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be coordinated via your preferred method (GCash or bank transfer).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

• If you need a different size, color, or replacement, please let us know. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative solution.

• We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
